7 Tips to Declutter Sentimental Items and Free Yourself from Unnecessary Stress

Sentimental items can be some of the most challenging things to declutter. These are the items that hold emotional value, memories and are often associated with loved ones or significant moments in our lives. However, holding onto too many sentimental possessions can lead to clutter and unnecessary stress. Here are some tips for decluttering sentimental items.

1. Start with a plan
Before you begin decluttering, make sure you have a clear plan in place. Decide on what types of sentimental items you want to keep and what you’re willing to part with. Plan out how much time you want to spend on this task each day or week.
