2. Tricep extensions – Hold one end of the band behind back with elbow bent at 90 degrees while holding opposite end with other hand reaching above head. Extend arm up towards ceiling until fully extended then return to starting position.

3. Shoulder press – Step on center part of band then hold ends at shoulder level elbows bent 90 degrees next to ears palms facing outward extending arms straight overhead pressing upward until they almost touch above head lowering down slowly back into starting position.

4. Chest flys – Loop resistance bands around wrists then stretch them out so that hands are directly in front of chest area forming a T-shape between upper body and forearms pushing hands together mimicking a hugging movement against resistance provided by bands before returning both arms back to starting position.

Lower Body Workouts

1.Lateral walk- Place looped resistance bands around legs just above knees standing hip-width apart and lower into a squat position. Step out to the side with one foot, followed by the other then walk 10-12 steps to the right before reversing direction back to starting point.

2. Glute bridge – Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor, and loop resistance band around thighs just above knees. Pressing down through heels lift hips off ground squeezing glutes together at top of movement pause for few seconds before returning hips back to ground.

3. Squats – Place looped resistance bands just above knees standing hip-width apart with arms extended out in front of body or holding dumbbells at shoulder level push hips back bending knees lower down towards ground keeping chest lifted return to standing position squeezing glutes together.

4. Leg curls – Anchor resistance band around ankle while lying face down on mat lifting leg up behind you contracting hamstring muscles then lowering it slowly before repeating exercise movement again.

Core Workouts

1.Plank – Begin by placing both hands in center part of band beneath shoulders facing downward then step back into plank position or hold onto handles if available holding pose for as long as possible maintaining tight core throughout duration of time spent performing exercise.

2.Crunches – Loop resistance bands around feet lying down on mat lift head neck off ground flexing abs inwardly until reaching peak contraction hold briefly before relaxing abdominal muscles slowly returning body back into starting position.

3.Side bends – Stand with looped resistance bands beneath feet while grasping ends with both hands crossing them over opposite shoulder bend laterally from waist left then right side focusing tension along obliques during execution of each rep.

Full Body Workouts

1.Squat press: Start in a squatting stance holding one end of a resistance band under each foot and the other end at your shoulders holding onto handles if available pushing up using legs pressing overhead extending arms upward fully straightening elbows then lowering weights slowly down towards collarbone before returning to squatting position.

2. Lunge with bicep curl: Hold resistance bands in hands down at sides of body while stepping forward into lunge position bending both knees 90 degrees curling weights up towards shoulder height and then lowering them back down as you return to starting position.

3. Deadlifts – Place looped resistance band beneath feet holding onto handles or ends with palms facing thighs, hinge forward from hips lowering weight between legs keeping back flat pressing through heels to stand tall contracting glutes squeezing together at top of movement.
